How do I subscribe?

All you have to do is head on over to your favorite product, whether it be our Edibites, Hemp Oils, Hemp Oil Capsules, or Canna Care Topical! Once you’re on the product page, select “Choose a Purchase Plan.” This will then bring you to review your cart, enter your billing, shipping, and credit card information. And that’s it, you’re all set up for your monthly order! 

Why should I subscribe?

When you subscribe, it’s one less monthly order you’ll have to worry about! This way, you won’t have to remember each month to place your pup’s CBD order. When you add this subscription, you’ll also receive a 10% discount on the product you want. Now your pup will receive their monthly delivery on time and at a discounted price. It’s a win, win! 

Where can I see and manage subscriptions?

In order to process your purchase automatically each month, you will need to have a Pet Releaf account set up with us. Create your Pet Releaf account today! When you have a Pet Releaf account, you’ll be able to track and manage all of your subscriptions.

How many subscriptions can I have?

You can have multiple subscriptions! If you like purchasing two or more products a month, you can absolutely do so with our subscription service.

How do I know when a subscription will renew?

You’ll be notified 24 hours before a subscription is about to renew to your email! Once the subscription has been processed for the month, we will then ship out your product. For example, if you purchased your monthly subscription on June 1st, we will process the next subscription period on July 1st. You will also receive an email notification with the shipping information, so you can easily track your purchase. 

If you have changes to make to your shipping or payment details, we recommend making those changes before midnight on your subscription renewal date on your account.

Why won’t my subscription renew?

When your subscription doesn’t renew automatically, you may have an incorrect or expired payment method linked to your account. We recommend to always make sure your credit card information is up to date, so it can be renewed without issue.

Does Pet Releaf store my financial information?

Absolutely not! We do not store any financial information in our servers. We use a secure and encrypted payment gateway to ensure that your information is always secure. Your payment information can never be seen or modified by anyone but you. 

How do I cancel my subscription?

If you’re not a fan of the subscription service, they can be canceled and managed on your Pet Releaf account at any time.

When you unsubscribe from this service, you should not be charged for the next month. If you cancel your subscription and you’re still charged for the next month, please contact us here or email us at [email protected] so we can review and help out as soon as possible.
