As the situation with the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) develops, we want to provide you with an update about how Koi CBD is responding. Our thoughts are with all those who are directly or indirectly impacted by the rapidly changing situation and we would like to thank you for your continued trust in Koi CBD.
The safety and well-being of all Koi CBD employees, customers, and partners is our highest priority. We are taking precautions based on the latest recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention regarding cleaning and sanitizing. Measures we have implemented include providing sanitation guidelines and supplies to on-site employees to support their continued health and well-being and encouraging employees who can work from home to do so. Our goal is to safely fulfill orders so that our products can continue to be available for those that rely on them as part of their wellness routine. We have implemented additional safety measures in our warehouse including more frequent disinfecting of warehouse surfaces, providing gloves to those who ship products, and assuring that employees who feel ill are sent home to safely rest and recover.
